This website does not use analytics or advertising services and sets no cookies for visitors. We only process data that is needed to deliver the pages and to answer your enquiry.
Hosting and server logs
The website runs on servers of Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany, with whom we have a data processing agreement. When you open a page, the server automatically records technical data: IP address, date and time, the page requested, the referring page and the browser used. We need this data to deliver the website securely and to detect errors and attacks (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). It is kept only as long as necessary for these purposes.
Contact form and enquiry
If you write to us via the contact form or the enquiry form, we store your details (such as name, email, phone, company, your selection and your message) in our system and forward them to us by email. We use them only to process your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual enquiries, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete the details when your enquiry has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
Email and phone
If you contact us by email or phone, we process your details to answer your request. The same legal bases apply as for the contact form.
Fonts
Our house font is delivered by Adobe Fonts, a service of Adobe Systems Software Ireland Ltd., 4–6 Riverwalk, Citywest Business Campus, Dublin 24, Ireland. To deliver the font, your browser connects to Adobe's servers and transmits your IP address; according to Adobe it is not stored and no cookies are set. Data may also be processed by Adobe Inc. in the USA. We use the service for a consistent appearance of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Details: adobe.com/privacy/policies/adobe-fonts. All other fonts are delivered from our own server.
Light and dark mode
If you switch between light and dark mode, your browser remembers the choice in its local storage. This information stays on your device and is not sent to us.
Links to other websites
Links to social networks or other websites are ordinary links. Data is only transferred to these providers when you click on them; their privacy policies apply there.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing of your data, the right to data portability and the right to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. An email to kontakt@doubleudot.de is enough.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Thüringer Landesbeauftragter für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit (TLfDI), Häßlerstraße 8, 99096 Erfurt, Germany.
