Do you take over software another agency built?
Yes, that is a large part of our work. We start by reading the code, fix the most urgent problems and only then develop further.
Where does the software run?
On servers in Germany by default, on your own infrastructure on request. Hosting, backups and monitoring can stay with us or move to your IT.
What happens to our data if we leave?
You get a full export of the database and all files, plus the code. There is no format we keep to ourselves.
Do you look after it after launch?
Yes. Maintenance, further development and operation are available as ongoing work.
